Villa Papaya has a large terrace with sweeping valley, town, jungle and tropical garden views. There is 1 bedroom, 1 ¼ baths, living room with built in sofa that will sleep 2 adults, dining room and a full kitchen. There is also a built in sofa on the large terrace that can be used for additional outdoor sleeping.

Rentals are weekly. We prefer Saturday to Saturday, but we may make other arrangements according to availability. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
A 50% deposit (cashier’s check, personal check or money order) is required to hold your reservation. The balance is payable in cash (US dollar or Peso) upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: Full refund of your deposit will be given up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. After that we will refund your money if we are able to re-rent your Villa.
