Calypso overlooks Sayulita central and is a great family restaurant with local cuisine and flare.
Calakmul has just recently opened as you enter Sayulita before the bridge on the right-hand side. This traditional restaurant has a look and feel that can't be missed.
Don Pedro's is where you can enjoy a candlelight dinner in the formal dining room or a more casual atmosphere on the beach and order from the Bar & Grill menu. Downstairs has a big screen satellite TV in the sports bar. Monday night is Salsa night. Cocktails are available and the wine list is the best in Sayulita. Expect to pay American prices.
El Bicho is a local favorite for a traditional breakfast or lunch. Located just two blocks from Sayulita's main beach.
El Caminito is located right on the Sayulita plaza and offers great pizza, lasagne, carne asada, and desserts. A brand new poshy bar has been opened on the second level.
El Costeno is right on the beach and serves great shrimp. Sit with your feet in the sand and watch the activities on the beach.
La Terrazola is on the beach by the RV park and has good food and a casual atmosphere. The caesar salad and Mexican coffee is made at your table.
Macondo is a traditional Italian restaurant offering great margaritas and live music.
Pizzas Ron is Sayulita's only pizza parlor restaurant and is famous for the shrimp pizza. They offer a huge selection of toppings.
Raintree Restaurant offers fine dining in a beautiful setting along the river in central Sayulita
Rollies is open for breakfast and dinner from November through April. Breakfast fare includes waffles, pancakes, eggs, fruit, juice and coffee. Rollie entertains you with his singing when time allows. You will probably want to go back for breakfast more than once. The dinner menu varies and includes paella and yummy desserts.
Sayulita Cafe boasts some of the best chile rellenos in Mexico. Located on the main street into town.
Sayulita Fish Taco is by the plaza and advertises some of the best fish tacos in Mexico.
Seafood Tiger overlooks the plaza and serves fresh fish. Beer, water and soft drinks are offered.
There are many more restaurants and several street vendors that offer good food at reasonable prices. All of the restaurants offer bottled water and soft drinks. You can take your wine or cerveza in with you to those establishments that do not have liquor licenses.
