Villa Mango is the penthouse with a partial ocean view from a Palapa covered terrace.  There are 2 bedrooms 2 bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen.   

Rates:  Nov – May       - $840.00/week -$120.00/night

            Jun – Oct         - $560.00/week - $80.00/night

            
Villa Papaya has a large terrace with sweeping valley, town, jungle and tropical garden views.  There is 1 bedroom, 1 ¼ baths, living room with built in sofa that will sleep 2 adults, dining room and a full kitchen.  There is also a built in sofa on the large terrace that can be used for additional outdoor sleeping.  

Rates:  Nov – May       - $840.00/week - $120.00/night

            Jun – Oct         - $560.00/week - $80.00/night

Villa’s Coco & Pina each have a king bed on the lower level and a queen bed in the loft, 1 bathroom, patio or inside dining and 1 bathroom.  There are also built in sofas on the terraces that can also be used for sleeping.  There is a door between the terraces of these two villas that can be left locked for privacy or unlocked to accommodate families or friends traveling together.   

Rates:  Nov-May          -$525.00/week - $75.00/Night

            Jun-Oct            -$420.00/week - $60.00/night

Rates are quoted in US dollar.

Rentals are weekly.  We prefer Saturday to Saturday, but we may make other arrangements according to availability.  Please don’t hesitate to ask.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

A 50% deposit (cashier’s check, personal check or money order) is required to hold your reservation.  The balance is payable in cash (US dollar or Peso) upon arrival.
